All of my items are hand made and made to order so I unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. Any Body Jewellery pieces (Chains, Earrings, Charms & Rings etc) also cannot be returned due being a hygiene issue. Once the piece arrives in your hands I have to assume it has been worn.

I will accept returns or exchanges on items that have unfortunately broken. I request the broken piece be sent back to me and after confirming the state of the item I will either repair the piece or offer a brand new piece.
